For New Trial Users:
Once installed, open RepliGo on your BlackBerry and choose New Account.
Then follow the onscreen instructions to set up a new 7 day trial account.
If you decide to purchase, you can do so directly from within RepliGo on the
BlackBerry by choosing Buy Now from the menu.
For Existing Subscribers and Upgrading:
Once installed, open RepliGo on your BlackBerry and choose Options from
the menu. Verify that your existing RepliGo username and password are entered
and select Log In from the menu. If your username and/or password is not
listed and you cannot remember your username and/or password, please contact
support to find your username and reset your password.
Upgrade Notes:
Upgrade to version 3.0 only if your BlackBerry has OS version 4.2.1 or later.
The version can be found by opening RepliGo on your BlackBerry,
then selecting About from the menu.
If you have RepliGo Professional PERSONAL or CORPORATE Editions you MUST
uninstall that version before installing version 3.0. Users with RepliGo
Professional Internet Edition can install version 3.0 over the top of their
existing installation. The version can be found by opening RepliGo on your
BlackBerry, then selecting About from the menu.
OS 3.7 Note:
Devices running OS 3.7 are required to use the
Personal
or Corporate Editions and will not be able to use all RepliGo
Professional 3.0 features, nor should they be upgraded to the
3.0 client.
